1. What are the delivery times?

Our orders are prepared within 1 to 3 business days . The total delivery time is 7 to 12 days for Switzerland and Europe.

2. What are the delivery charges?

Delivery is free in Switzerland . For Europe, delivery costs €6.99 per order.

3. Where do you deliver?

We deliver throughout Switzerland and to most European countries. If you require delivery outside these areas, please contact us before placing your order.

4. How can I track my order?

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number to track your package online.

5. How do I return an item?

You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return. The item must be unworn and in its original packaging . Send an email to maisonjoyeria.contact@proton.me with your order number and the reason for the return.

6. Which items cannot be returned?

Personalized , promotional or hygienically sensitive items (such as earrings) are not eligible for return for hygiene and safety reasons.

7. How can I get a refund?

After receiving and verifying the returned product, the refund is issued within 5 to 10 business days via the same payment method used for the purchase.

8. What should I do if I receive a defective or incorrect item?

Contact us immediately with a photo and description of the problem . We will cover the return shipping costs and offer you a free exchange or a full refund .
