1. GENERAL

This website is operated by Maison Joyeria. By visiting this site and/or purchasing one of our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. They apply to all users of the site, including visitors, customers and content contributors.

3. TERMS OF USE OF THE SITE

By using this site, you declare that you are at least the age of legal majority in your country of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose. Any breach of these Terms will result in the immediate termination of your services.

4. PRODUCTS AND AVAILABILITY

Our products are available while stocks last. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue or update a product without notice. The images are shown for illustrative purposes, slight variations in colour or texture may occur.

5. PRICES AND PAYMENT

The prices displayed are in CHF, all taxes included. Payment is due at the time of the order. Transactions are secured via the Shopify payment solutions: TWINT, bank card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.

6. DELIVERY

We offer free shipping within Switzerland, with no minimum amount. We do not deliver outside Switzerland at the moment. Orders are prepared within 1 to 3 business days, then the delivery time is 7 to 12 days. A tracking number is provided after shipping.

7. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

You have 14 days after receipt to request a return. The item must be unworn and in its original packaging. Personalised, discounted or hygienically sensitive items (e.g. earrings) are not eligible. For any request: contact@maisonjoyeria.ch

8. DATA PROTECTION

We comply with the Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP). Personal information is used solely for order processing and customer communication. It is never sold or shared without consent. For more information, see our Privacy Policy.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All the content on the site (texts, logos, images, graphics) is the exclusive property of Maison Joyeria. Any reproduction or use without written authorisation is strictly prohibited.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Maison Joyeria cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from the use of, or the inability to use, the products or the site.

11. CHANGES TO THE TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. The new versions will take effect as soon as they are published on the site. It is your responsibility to consult this page regularly.
