1. DELIVERY ZONES AND COSTS

Switzerland: all regions, free shipping, with no minimum amount and whatever the value of your order.
We do not deliver outside Switzerland at the moment.

2. DELIVERY TIMES

- Orders are prepared within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.
- The total delivery time is then 7 to 12 days.

3. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number.
You will be able to track your parcel via the carrier's website to find out the estimated delivery date.

4. DELAYS OR DELIVERY PROBLEMS

The times are indicative and may vary in the event of high demand or exceptional conditions (e.g. weather, holidays, strikes).
If your parcel is lost or damaged, contact us immediately:

We will offer a reshipment or a refund according to your choice.
