Refund policy

1. RIGHT OF RETURN

You may request an exchange or a refund within a period of 14 days after receipt of your order, without having to give a reason.
Conditions for accepting the return:
- The item must be unworn, unused and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase required (order number or email).
- Personalised, discounted or hygienically sensitive items (earrings) cannot be returned.

2. RETURN PROCEDURE

Please indicate: full name, order number, reason for the return and preference (exchange or refund).
The return costs are borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrect.

3. DEFECTIVE ITEMS OR ORDER ERROR

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately with a photo and description of the problem.
We will cover the return costs and offer a free exchange or a full refund.

4. REFUNDS

Once the product has been received and checked, we will send you a confirmation email.
The refund will be made via the same payment method used when placing the order, within 5 to 10 business days.
